Urgent Escalation — IP Transfer Not Completed during Office Move
I have been working with Comcast to transfer our IP addresses to the new cable modem installed at the New Jersey office as part of our office move. Unfortunately, Comcast did not complete this portion of the service transfer. We need this done asap.
I have contacted customer service several times, but they have been unable to connect me directly with the team responsible for the IP transfer. On each call, I was told the transfer would be completed within 24 hours. Today, Comcast advised that the ticket is still in the queue, but they cannot provide an ETA for completion.
I can provide all details.
IP Addresses were not transferred on 9/11 from the old modem to the new modem.
Called Comcast and Escalation Ticket #CR [Edited: Privacy] opened on 9/11.

Hello @magnalegal , and thank you for bringing this to our attention here on our Comcast Business community forums.
I can certainly understand the urgency, especially when your office move has been completed and the IP transfer portion of the service migration has not yet been finalized.
We'd like the opportunity to review the account and the escalation that was opened on September 11 to see what information is available and whether there are any updates we can provide. For account security, please send us a Direct Message with your business name, service address, and any relevant ticket details.
To send a direct message:
• Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page, click that.
• From there, click the 'Start new conversation' icon. In the 'To' field, type ‘Comcast Business’.
• Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.
