Updating a reverse DNS entry

I need a reverse DNS (PTR) record updated for one of our Comcast IPs.  Who do I call or email to get this taken care of for me?  Is there a way I can do this myself through our Comcast account login?

There is no option to place PTR's through the portal unfortunately. If you need any PTR's set up please send me a private message with your account number and requested entry.
