Two Mac's, one HP, unable to get e-mail on all three

We have three laptops and a Business Class email account with two mailboxes.  We have been told that we can receive/send emails from both mailboxes on each laptop  so the three users see the same emails, etc.  It just isn't happening and the individually laptops can sometimes receive, may not receive, they have disappeared before our eyes.  We had a tech come in to check our settings and we are all using the settings provided by Comcast.  This has gone on for 3 weeks and we are beyond frustrated,  Any ideas?

RoseMcbrien, welcome to the forum.  In order to properly address the issue of creating multiple mailboxes on the same computer we need to know the mail client in use on each computer, (ex: Outlook 2007, Macmail) and the email address.

I am including links for Outlook configuration and Macmail configuration.  Outlook . MacMail .  Also inside each you will need to check the box to leave a copy on the server.    To verify your mail servers log into you account at Businessclass and click the Email tab on the top bar.  This information should match your mail client set up.  Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi and thanks.  We have worked with the Comcast techs and followed the instructions that you have cited.  We use Outlook 2007 on the HP (downloaded from Comcast) and Outlook Mail on one Mac and Entourage on the other Mac.  We also tried using Outlook 2010 on the Mac's but that didn't make a difference.  We tried checking the "leave a copy on the server" today on all of the laptops but we still could only get mail on two of the laptops at a time.  When all three are up only the Macs will get the mail.  We are wondering if it is a Mac issue since this mess started when my bosses Mac lost her Mobileme and forced Mac users into iCloud.  I'm pretty sure we've done everything correctly on the Comcast side but I'll go over everthing tomorrow to see if we missed something.  Thanks for your time.
