Transfer existing domain

I'm attempting to transfer my domain name and when I go to Manage Domains it shows up there, but it has "processing" next to it. When you attempt to click on it, nothing happens. It's been like this for almost two weeks now.

The community would like to help, but can you clarify a few items for us?

 

1. This is our online article on using  your existing domain name with Comcast Business email and web hosting.

 Have you completed the CNAME verification step? 

 

2. Do you get any error while in the My Account Portal?

I'm not able to get to the verification process. When you go to Manage Domains it shows the domain I'm attempting to transfer, and "processing" under status, but that's as far as I can get. I don't have the option of clicking on it to go any farther.

I have a domain transfer issue similar to the one posted here. I completed two of three steps required to have my domain moved from Network Solutions to Comcast. My domain transfer status shows "awaiting verification". I called Comcast technical support in the last 11 days almost daily. Each and every time called, I got he same answer that a technician is working on it. Someone will get back to me in a day. When I first called Comcast for help with this domain transfer, I was told it would normally takes one day for a domain transfer to complete. The problem is still there and i never got a call from Comcast. I am very disappointed with Comcast Technical Support. Any one has an idea or suggestion?
