Transfer Domain Away From Comcast

Hello!

I have a domain at spokanegreenleaf.com that I would like to transfer away from Comcast to Godaddy. When I look at your forum, I see these instructions:

• Sign into the Business Class Portal as a Primary Manager and select Websites from the Manage Services menu.
• Select the Edit website link from the menu of the left side to load the Sitecontrol window.
• Select the Domain Name link under Manage Services to load the Domain Names page.
• Click Edit to the right of the domain to be transferred.
• The Domain Summary screen will load.
• The Auth Info Code and Domain Lock status are shown on this screen.
• Note the Auth Info Code so that the customer can provide it to their desired registrar.
• If the Domain Lock Status shows Locked, click edit to disable the lock.
• Once the lock is disabled, the customer can provide the Auth Info Code to their desired registrar who will then complete the registration transfer.

Here are my two issues:

1. When I get to the Domain Names page, I only see a "More Info" or a "Edit DNS" option.
2. When I click "Edit DNS" I do not see any Auth Info Code or Domain Lock Status on that screen. I only see DNS Records

Please let me know what I have to do to complete this process. Thank you!
