Terrible Customer service

I’ve been on hold for 3 hours after wasting 30 minutes with a tier 1 agent that did not understand ping or trace route.  After showing them their incompetence, he reluctantly agreed to escalate to tier 2.  I’ve been on hold for 3 hours and 12 minutes now.  I’ve also called customer service on my fiancé’s phone to complain and of course no one was available, and I’m still waiting for a callback after an hour.  Comcast may have the worst customer service of any company.
