Subdomain Configuration for the included vanity domain.

My business class service has 5 static IP addresses, and the included 'Vanity' domain

my email is going to the provided exchange server using user-name@mydomain.com

I would like to assign DNS A type records for 3 of my static ip's to use the vanity domain

EX:IP1   A= www.mydomain.com

IP2 A= access.mydomain.com

IP3   A= demo.mydomain.com

Any information on where we go to access our domain record configuration would be appreciated.

Igerena, Welcome to the forum.

Business customers that that have Domains hosted on the Comcast servers can manage the DNS records via the control panel.  To access the control panel:

Log into your account as an administrator user.  Click the manage website link under webhosting tab on the right side of the page.   (this will take you to control panel landing page).  In the center of the page under "Manage Services" click the "Domain Name" link.  (this will display all of your active hosted domains). From this page click the "Edit DNS" link to the right under the actions column.  All of your DNS records for the associated domain can be edited on this page.  Let us know if we can be of further assistance.
