still lost with website email
I had a personal hosting plan on Arvixe, just started with comcast, virtual hosting was up next month with arvixe so I cancelled and switched the domain here.
All I used mywebsite.com was to set up an email @mybusiness. The domain is here, but this standard free plan doesnt show anything about website email. Do any exist? just trying to keep my customers from having to type myname@mycomany.comcastbiz.net as my email

Hello and welcome,
Your inquires are common so here is some alternative information for you:
1. You get 2 free email addresses on the Comcast Business Class Portal (CBCP) and if you need more they are $6.99/mo each. So, I am assuming you have used 1 for your administrative email account leaving you one available.
2. You have a free 2 page starter website that Comcast offers that can be implemented by registering your existing domain. This will provide the opportunity for you to make another domain like your_business.com. After you do this, you can then go into manage emails and add an alias and when you select the drop-down arrow in domains, you can select your_business.com as the email domain. Please be advised that if this is the primary alias then this is the new email address until modified accordingly.
3. If you Use your existing domain name with Comcast Business email and web hosting , then this will also allow you yet another domain name that your email addresses suffix can be processed by.
Please also be advised that no matter how many domains you have within your CBCP account, you can go to Manage Services.Email (or Websites) and View your DNS info where ALL of your email & domain specific addresses can be found.
