Are the IPs in the 5 and 13 IP subscriptions sequential (like .1, .2, .3, .4, .5) or non-sequential (.1, .10, .15, .21, .23)? Or is it an option?

You are given a contiguous set of addresses. You get the entirety of a /29 or /28, minus the last usable host address in the range (that last address is reserved for the Comcast gateway, and is your default gateway for all of your connected equipment.) There isn't an option for non-contiguous addresses.
Cool, that's how I assumed it worked.
Ok, one more quick question. How do I go about adding them? Do I just need to email the rep that set me up when I first moved to business class or do I need to call in during business hours to get it done? Or can one of the Comcast guys here set me up? 🙂
I THINK any of those options would work, although I do believe if you call in it has to be during business hours. The fastest option may very well be to call in.
If I remember correctly, when I upgraded from 1 to 5 addreses, the process took about a day,. I called in & requested it, they emailed me the next day with the address range, and called me back to do the actual changeover (they were able to remotely push the new addresses to my modem)
