Service installed, RDNS Not working
I'm having serious issues getting Comcast to set up my reverse DNS. My local primary DNS, web and mail servers are dead in the water without it, as I'm self-hosted.
There is a "Tier II" ticket open for this issue. However, it has been nearly the full 24 hours since I opened it and there has been no response. Kind of makes me wonder why, considering R-DNS is hardly rocket science (translation -- It should only take minutes to correct, once I speak with someone who actually KNOWS NETWORKING!)
So -- Can anyone assist? I'll leave this thread open in my browser for the rest of Sunday.
