Reverse dns

Hi,

I've read a number of posts with this topic.  The answer seems to be "PM me and I will set this up".  I've PM'd two different representatives in the last week and I'm still waiting for this to be done.  Is there any way to get this expedited ? or better yet be able to do this myself ?  I have a dnsmadeeasy account that I do the rest of our DNS in but from what I'm reading, Comcast needs to do something in order for me to setup PTR records with them.
