Reverse DNS (PTR Record) Request

Phone support couldn't figure it out, and there doesn't seem to be a way to email the request. How does one get a reverse DNS (rDNS, PTR) record configured with Comcast Business? We have a single static IP. (edit: clarity, spelling)

To send a Peer to peer message to Comcast Business: 
Click Sign In
Click the Direct Messaging icon 
Click the New message pencil and paper icon 
The To: line prompts you to Type the name of a person then type Comcast Business there
