reverse dns pointer

How do you go about requesting a reverse dns pointer be added to your account, tried calling and the automated ivr wants to reboot our modems before I can speak to a real human, tried chat and got put in forever hold. Is it really this hard to work with a company anymore?

Steps to send a Private Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or https://comca.st/3BpmLoc

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

- A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
