@user_477d70 Hi there, thank you for taking the time to reach out for assistance. I understand you would like to get a reverse DNS set up, and it would be my pleasure to help in any way I can. Just to ensure we are on the same page, do you currently have a Xfinity business account?

@user_477d70 Perfect! We can get that set up.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name, business name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

-Click "Sign In" if necessary

-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or   https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

I no longer work for Comcast.

Hmm! I was able to click the link and it took me there. Here is the link again https://comca.st/3EqVMu7  Do you have access to use another browser or laptop to login to forums there? Typically, the message option would be on the top right side.

I no longer work for Comcast.
