Reverse DNS change needed

What's the way to get this set up? I saw one message saying to direct message 'XFinity Support' but I don't see any account named 'XFinity Support' int he drop down menu for direct mesaging.

Hey there, that would be the correct thing to do! 

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

I tried that, but there's no 'Xfinity Support' in the drop-down list. And if I just leave XFinity Support in and try to tab away it clears the field again.

I am so sorry, that is because Xfinity Support is the name for the residential forums and this is obviously the business forums. The account you need to send to is "Comcast Business". I apologize, we handle both forums and I got mixed up there.
