Needing to add a PTR for an IPV6 address.

I have had multiple business' that required PTR records changes in the past with Comcast - always IPV4 - never had a problem with a request in this forum previous. I have tried my old Comcast contacts, none have posted in years. I have tried direct contact with a Comcast employee who has responded to such requests, this has failed also. This 'Post' is getting a lot of views, but I guess not by the correct person. It has been two weeks without a reply from anyone from Comcast. I will try another posting in the IPV6 forum also.
