Request for updating a PTR record

I would like to have a PTR record updated for one the my 50.xxx.xxx.xxx IP addresses.  With no publicly-accessible support ticket system in place, I do not know the what the proper procedure is for making this request.

Please allow 12 hrs for DNS entry propagation.

1. Your Full Name

2. Your Account Number

3. PTR/RDNS entry information with Static IP

(EX: 50.xx.xx.123 --> mail.mydomain.com)
