Request for reverse DNS (PTR) record

Hello,

I activated my EDI connection yesterday and I need to request a PTR record to allow my services to function correctly.

I was advised I need to post here to open a ticket and then DM Business Support the information.

Thank you for creating a post @user_3e7b8e! Our team can certainly take a further look. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and last four digits of your account number or full phone number. To send a Direct Message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
  • - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send it
