Request for rDNS record for a client of mine
We are network systems consultants. I need to correct the reverse DNS record for a client of mine who is a Comcast customer. I do not necessarily want to have to log on to their account to do this. Is that possible, or do I have to get their logon identity information and use that to make the request?
