rDNS Request

In case my Private message didn't come across to the community manager since I hadn't posted to the forums yet, this is me making a generic post stating that I need to have a Reverse DNS PTR record updated. I sent a PM with the details to Comcast_Jessie so hopefully they see that and respond. Or if someone else sees this just let me know who to send the info to.
