rDNS Request (24hr Turn-Around?)
I submittted a rDNS request via the phone at Noon EDT. I know from before this isn't a 24hour turn around. In the mean time any mail recieptient that does an rDNS isn't going to accept mail from our servers......
When did this become like pulling teeth?

Hello juice3, welcome to the forum.
RDNS/PTR request itself does not take much time for us to enter, but it is due propagation time across myriads of server we recommend a 24hour wait time for customers before their mail services again.
