rDNS PTR recrod

Hello,

 

Looks like this is the place to raise my hand and ask for a PTR record be created so that rDNS works with our mail server. I'll wait for a support agent to respond, so that I can PM the statis IP.

I need the same thing done. Would be nice to hav a sticky in the forum with the PROPER procedure without having to go through a forum and wait.

Me three.  I looked for a form or way to support a ticket, no luck.

 

So, if someone from Comcast could contact me to get my information and edit the rDNS record, that'd be swell.
