rDNS delegation

Please?

Am I not doing this right?  Is there a secret handshake that I dont' know that's needed to get this done?  I'd happily take this through normal support channels but unfortunately I tried that and it became clear immediately that this isn't something that they can do.  I'm trying not to seem impatient to have something done that I feel lucky I can get done at all, but we're on day 5 since I sent a PM about this and I've heard not a peep from anyone.  Comcast_John or Comcast_Jon, can you please take care of this for me.  My mailserver is less than useful right now.

This has propagated and my zone is set up.  All appears to be working.
