rDNS Change

For a single reverse dns change, perhaps quickest would be to call tech support and ask that they update the PTR record for the IP address in question.  I did that once a few years ago and it worked fine.  For something more complex like reverse DNS delegation, then I found that the phone support was less than helpful but the mods here were able to get the request sent to the right people.
