PTR update needed

Need to update 3 IP's PTR to reflect the forward. Who do I contact?

Greetings, @sgrayban! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums! I hope you are having an amazing day! We can certainly assist with getting the PTR updated for you here as long as it's for IPv4. If it's for IPv6 then you would need to call our business team at (800) 391-3000 in order to get this done. If it is for IPv4 please send us a PM with your first/last name, full address, and account number so we may further assist you.

Your name doesn't come up to send a PM to. There is a Comcast_MikeH but that isn't you.
