PTR request

Hello!

New customer here - after just jumping ship from another provider.
I need a few PTR RRs set for some of my static IP addresses, and it seems like that's handled more here in the forum than through a ticketing system.  I have four (4) to add . . .  who can help me out, please?

Hi all, I was able to seek resolution by calling Support; they took my request over the phone and opened a ticket, which was then acted upon within a few days.
