Who can I message to setup a PTR Reqeust please?

I second this thread, I need reverse DNS entries for the company I work for and the support line is telling me the Comcast Technical Support phone number is no longer in service.

 

Fianlly got through to support, my reverse DNS record request was submitted.

I do want to mention that the thread you have replied to is 6 years old. To send a direct message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"
Click the "direct message" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "ComcastBusiness" in the "To:" line and select "ComcastBusiness" from the drop-down list which appears. The "ComcastBusiness" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
