Hello itproadmin,

Welcome to the forum.

For account security can you send me the following information via private message?

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Account Number
3. PTR/RDNS entry information (EX: aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd --> mail.mydomain.com)

I have attempted to submit my PTR request via PM, but says you do not have your PM enabled
