PTR Request

Hi - I tried sending a PM to Comcast_Jon and it's giving me the following error: "One or more of these members do not have private messages enabled. Their names have been removed from the Send to list."

I have a request I'dlike to submit. Thanks!

Can you please send me the following information via private message, so I may assist?

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Account Number
3. PTR/RDNS entry information (EX: aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd --> mail.mydomain.com)
