HI CMBMike. The Business Service Center @800-391-300 can assist with PTR request.  Also you can send a private message to a Community Moderator with the following info: 

 

Please send me a private message with the following:

  1. Full Name
  2. Account Number
  3. DNS Entry 
    1. EX: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx  àmydomain.com
