I'm having a bit of a time getting tech support to understand that I need PTR record for my mailserver. Can someone help?

Can you please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send me a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, as well as the static IP address and the domain name?
