PTR and Reverse DNS for mail server
I am being told that Comcast has to setup a reverse dns and a ptr for my mail server. I have sent the IP address, the domain name, and my account info Comcast_Jon If you need any more info, please let me know. It might already be done - I am on the phone now with comcast tech support (elizabeth) -byron-

Hi pattycake. Please send me a private message with the following:
Business account number
Staitc IP address
Mail server name
Thank You
