OUTRAGED at COMPLETE LACK OF BUSINESS CLASS SERVICE OMGWTF
I've been trying to speak to a Comcast "technician" about a severe issue we're experiencing. We cannot sed e-mail to, or receive e-mail from, any comcast.net address. I HAVE TRIED TO GET PHONE SUPPORT FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF!!! I keep getting hung up on, and sent into inescapable loops of phone menu hell. THIS IS ABSURD !! I consider this a violation of our service agreement. I expect a response on this forum, as this is my last resort....
