Our DNS server can no longer resolve address after updating our service/modem
We just upgraded to 300Mbps / 30Mbps & receaved a new modem & SecurityEdge.
Now our internal DNS server can no longer lookup address & our LAN workstations can't access the internet. Comcast help, please fix!

See the transparent dns proxying thread. Find a CSR and have them escalate this up a tier where they can disable SecurityEdge for the account (takes a few hours). Instant joy.
