Not Receiving Email From a Specific Email Domain

I suspect this issue is with our associate's email server configuration but I though I would ask if Comcast enforces a block list of bad acting email servers?  If so is there any way to lookup a specific email domain, host(s) or IP addresses?

We have been having an issue with one of our associate's email server.  We can send email to addresses successfully in their domain.  However when they reply or originate, their email servers never establish a connection to our email server.  There is no evidence in our server logs of a connection being attempted or established.

Let me know if this can be verified and I will send a private email to the support staffer with the particulars.

Thank you,

Hi James. There are severalonline sites that allow blacklist verification ofIP addresses, mail servers and domains.  Here are links to some of the frequently used ones.

This Link provides information on items to check when you are unable to send to recipients on the Comcast Network.

Allso if you will send me a private message with the originating & terminating mail server names along with any available bounce back messages, I can research the issue and engage Comcast Security Assurance if necessary.

For direct assistance with blacklist issues contact Comcast Security Assurance (CSA)@ 1-877-807-6580.
