Need Reverse DNS records set on Comcast IP please

I need to get reverse DNS setup on one of my comcast provided IP addresses.  

 

Quite frankly, it's silly that we have to go through a public posting and wait for a response to send a private message when someone over there could spend an hour and create a web page that would open a support ticket on my account directly to do this.  😞

Hi cmcglamry and welcome to the forums. I understand the desire for a self-service option for the Reverse DNS request and will definitely pass the idea along; I know a lot of our customers would love that option! In the meantime, I can get this taken care of for you. It sounds like you already know the drill, but please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send over a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, as well as the IP address and the domain we need it to point to.
