I also need to add reverse dns for a mailserver. As a side question... Why is this not done automatically when static IPs are set up?

Aptsinc. I am more than happy to assist in setting up any reverse DNS that you may need. We do not set these up automatically as all business customers do not need them. It is an optional service that we supply and not all businesses are using their Static Ip's for email servers. Can you please reach out through private message with the name, address and phone number on the account so that I can work on getting those records set up for you?
