Need Reverse DNS Delegation changed

Hi,

In 2014 someone helped me set up Classless Reverse DNS delegation per RFC 2317 and I needed to switch nameservers to Amazon Route 53. I've already copied records over, just need a tech to make changes on the Comcast zone. Can anyone help me? I can provide details over a DM

Hello @gescarra and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Comcast Business Forums! We would be more than happy to assist you with your request. Please send us a DM to Comcast Business with the following information to get started:

1. Your full name

2. One of the following: your account number, phone number associated with the account or your MAC address from your modem

3. The service address

4. Static IP-Range

5. Delegation server name

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list.
A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
