Need ptr and A record added to our account
We need to have a ptr and A record acced for our account. From what I have read we just request here and the PM it over.

Welcome crosstech. We can have the PTR added. PM me the Comcast IP address and the Mail Server name or domain name. For the "A" Record that can be changed on your control panel interface by logging into you account with the Admin credentials.
