Need help to setup PTR record.
Anyone from Comcast can help me setup PTR record?
Something serious wrong on your DM service.
I tried DM to Comcast Business now, 2 hours and counting. 3 agents answered, but all gone after greeting and answer the a piece account information. Now I am waiting in that channel again.

Please know for future reference that sending unsolicited direct messages is a violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast-verified employee responds and asks for a direct message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
