Need DNS records created (A record and a MX record)
When I edit my DNS records in my DNS control panel under my website, the changes are not reflected in DNS. In fact, all of the DNS records are wrong (sitecontrol.webhosting.comcast.net). The only ones that are accurate are the ones shown in businessclass.comcast.net, but I can only view those.
I confirmed my name servers are:
Name Server: NS1.COMCASTBUSINESS.NET
Name Server: NS2.COMCASTBUSINESS.NET
Name Server: NS3.COMCASTBUSINESS.NET
How do I get records added?

Welcome to the forum.
Sorry for the late reply to your query.
Based on your post it appears you have a domain that is hosted on our "legacy" server.
To update these records you will need contact our technical support team at 1-800-391-3000 and request for DNS entry update on legacy domain.
