Need a RDNS entry created for my mail server

I tried calling 800-391-3000 three times and it hung up on me each time I selected technical support. Is this where I'm supposed to request this? If not, can you provide a direct number to the DNS team?

 

EDIT: I tried PM'ing John, since he is replying to the other ones.

Hi kDP_ITAdmin.  The requested rDNS record has been added to the Comcast SErvers.  Please let me know if additional changes are needed.
