Need a full copy of DNS zone file

The company I work for acquired another company that has connectivity through Comcast Business. Comcast also hosts their DNS for their domain name. I've been tasked with moving their DNS hosting in to our own environment. I have access to the support site and spent a while on the phone with business support yesterday but they didn't seem to understand what I was asking for. How do I go about getting a full copy of a domain's DNS zone file?
