Lost Static IP Config on Modem

Had to factory reset my comcast business modem and I lost my static IP configuration.  Please help.

You'll have to either send an IM to a moderator on this forum (any of the "Comcast_" users), or call in to 800-391-3000, get to internet service technical support, and ask that the static IP be re-applied to your modem.

 

As you've discovered, doing a factory reset on a business gateway deletes all of the static IP information from it. I personally wish this information was more widely available.
