Thanks train_wreck, But it looks like dead air on that channel to dmo_admin. Hoping there is another admin out there I can contact, or that one is just working through backlog and will get to it eventually
Never got anything trying this forum (PM to multiple camcast people) in support of RDNS delegation.
I called the 1-800-741-4141 number (see sticky post by Comcast_Jon)
The scoop from second level support is no delegation is done (anymore) for business class, AKA LOW class business service :-(, they mumbled somthing about get enterprise service.
