IPV6 PTR Record Request

Hi,

 

I'd like to get reverse DNS setup for a portion of my static IPV6 range. I submitted a request for this via phone support a few weeks ago (I still have the ticket numbers if they are helpful), but I haven't seen any change. What is the best way to make these types of requests?
