IP address keeps changing

I am supposed to have a static IP address, but it keeps changing!  My IT firm suggested I contact you and ask you to please make sure my IP address is static.  It's costing me $$$ each time I have to open a trouble ticket with them!  How can I assure that this will not continue to happen?  I did have to reset the Comcast modem (internet was out), but I've done this before without having my IP address change.  Please advise...my employees cannot log in. IP address has changed twice since February.

call 1-800-391-3000, go to tech support & ask for the change-of-service department, from there ask to add a static IP to your account. Be aware that it costs ~14$ a month extra, and you must rent a Comcast-provided modem for another ~9$ a month.

If you don't want to do that, look into dynamic DNS services.
