I would like RDNS for 3 domains

I actually called tech support (the 800 number on the bill) and asked about RDNS for my websites/mail on my servers here and they said they don't that. called twice even. got the same answer. Most ISP's do it for static business class. Anyway I see here at this forum that you guys do do it.. so can I get going with it also? thanks, Susan

I had a ISP in GA, DSL, it took them 5 minutes to do the rdns for me. dsl.. it has a bad rep.. but the upload speed was faster han my supposedly 50mb comcast account.

anyone home?

I put in 2 machines for a client in town providing a webserver, mail server and dns. He need rdns too. The google bots would probably be happier if the requests resolved back to the actual domain name instead of hfc.comcast...
