I need a PTR setup
I upgraded internet services today and they could not setup my IP addresses in the new router so I received a new block. I need to have PTR setup on the new ip addresses. Is there an easy way to do that yet or is this how you go about it?

Hello, @jawoodus! Thank you for reaching out to us today over our Comcast Business Community. We would be more than happy to help get PTR setup for you. To get started, please send us a Peer to Peer chat message. You can find the chat box access at the top of the Comcast Business Support Community page. Thank you!

Could someone tell me who is working now so I can get a PTR record setup? I have sent peer to peer messages to several individuals but received no responses so I only can assume I need to find one that is active this morning. Any help is appreciated...

I have been working on it for over 2 hours and 3 different chats that just stopped responding to me after I gave them my business address. TERRIBLE service, definitely not recommend to any colleague or foe. In the mean time, my users unable to send email because Comcast decided that they could not program my old IP addresses into my new router. Least they could have done was make sure to transfer all the information but no.

WHERE, OH WHERE HAS COMCAST GONE, WHEN, OH WHEN WILL THEY RETURN? I ONLY ASKED FOR A PTR BUT THEY DECIDED TO UNFRIEND ME. WHY DOES IT TAKE A FULL DAY EVERY TIME I UPGRADE SERVICE?
