How to delete email boxes

After a downsizing, we are not using 5 of the 18 mail boxes we currently pay for.  How do I delete them so I can save the $35/month?

Welcome to the forum.

To remove the mailboxes from your account, please contact our billing/change of service department.

They will be able assist you to remove them.

We recommend however to contact them a few business days later to confirm changes have taken placed.
